We have bought a couple of pop up gaezebo style polytunnels until we can get a permanent structure made in the autumn. we risked it and put the tomatoes into the polytunnel. They might be an invasive species but the parrots on next doors feeder are pretty!

Week 2 We have got some more digging over done and potatoes are also in. yay!! Added more plastic for the pallet collars / raised beds to sit on to try and combat the mares tail. The pear tree is looking healthy unlike the other trees.

This is the first week of getting our allotment… We have moved all the junk to one area (sort of) haha. We started to lay black plastic where we are planning to use pallet collars for raised beds. we have also done some digging over and got our sweetcorn planted….
