So we made a post on a local facebook group asking if anyone had any glass going spare and we had a lovely lady message, offering us “a stack of glass” which turned out to be 30+ panes, so i ordered a glass cutter from amazon and went to collect the panes, several days and 10+ tubes of silicone later we have a very nearly finished green house (need to replace flashings).
I even managed to repair the door and its missing class which was no easy feat especially as we nearly missed the door when collecting the greenhouse as it was over grown with weeds next to a shed ont the other side of the guys plot.
When we went to collect the glass from the lady she told us there was actually another greenhouse on her plot we could have to so we are over the moon, but in the mean time there was also several other replies to our wanted post and long story short we have 3 greenhouses we need to dismantle, relocate and then reassemble.
